Michele Carey, also known as Michele Lee Henson, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, who was a doctor, and Thelma Burell Henson. Her birthplace was in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America and was born on 26 February 1942. In her teens she became an expert pianist and took home a national contest at the Chicago Music Festival when she was only thirteen years old. Her family settled in Fort Collins in Colorado, and she completed her high school education at Fort Collins High School in 1960. In order to enhance her professional prospects she relocated from Colorado to Los Angeles. Her modeling career began when she joined the Powers agency. While still modeling her passion grew, and she began to become more attracted to acting. The actress caught the attention of Hollywood producers when she was doing it. Her first appearance was on The Man of U.N.C.L.E. which was a TV series. Michele who turned out to be one of the most famous American entertainers began her modeling career and was employed by the Powers agency, before moving into acting, in 1964, in the show The Man from U.N.C.L.E. She was brought to greater prominence by her appearance as the character Josephine Joey MacDonald's principal role on the television show El Dorado from 1966. The film was notable for her acting roles during the 1960s and 1970s.
